Rreziqet e ekspozimit të fëmijëve para ekraneve të pajisjeve teknologjike në zhvillimin psikologjik

This paper aims to analyze and make it stand out the addiction and the dangers of exposing children to the screens of technological devices in psychological development, emphasizing the points that have to do with mental health, psychological development and the role of parents in preventing misuse of technology. In other words, this paper tries to explain the concept of technological devices, the concept of psychological development, the vulnerability of the virtual world, and the control of the time spent in them. The wide range of information available on the Internet and approaches in different forms have made the field of study in this direction also quite wide, taking into account that the impact of technology has reflected on psychosocial development and health as well as on the physical. . Therefore, the purpose of the study is to understand that to a large extent these concerns are also present among our children and as it was concluded that children in our country show a high use of technological devices, respectively personal computers and mobile phones, and spend relatively high time where more than 50% of them spend 2 or more hours in front of these screens mainly in violent PubG games. Of particular importance are the findings on emotional well-being where 67% express negative feelings after spending time in front of screens and the virtual world and most of them rank problems and damages from the use of these devices and very little benefit, let alone parents to a large extent ( 82%) do not allow them to stay and use these devices, they still manage to maneuver even stealthily with them.Keywords:
