"Diskutime" is a journal published since 2012 by The Centre for International Relations and Balkan Studies based in North Macedonia. "Diskutime" is an open access journal,  which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Shêjzat – Pleiades is a quarterly double-blind peer-reviewed journal. It deals with Balkan and Albanian studies lending a special focus to linguistics, literature, historical and anthropological issues. Edited and published in Rome by Prof. Ernest Koliqi from 1957 to 1973, the journal offered the exiled Albanian scholars a platform for an intellectual movement abroad, challenging the-then official approaches of the regime of Tirana to cultural issues. Launched in 2016, the current new edition aims to follow in the footsteps of such tradition.
