Publication Ethics

The "Albanica" platform is dedicated to high standards of all published content, following the best practices in Albanian and Western publishing. The scientific board and editorial team guarantee the publication of magazines or articles presented with the required accuracy and completeness, in full accordance with the original presented by the institution or publisher of the magazine.

The publishing and editorial team of Albanica is guided in its work by norms and legal acts related to academic freedom, freedom of speech and expression, privacy, defamation, copyright, plagiarism, and other normative or legal aspects.

Magazines are submitted to the platform only institutionally, by the leaders of academic units or institutions or their legal representatives. Magazine materials must be sent to the Albanica editorial office in electronic format and from institutional email addresses or via posted CDs or DVDs. The editorial staff of the platform does not accept any communication or request privately or personally. For discussable technical issues, editors may consult with legal representatives of relevant institutions or publishing entities of the respective magazines.

The platform is not responsible for the content of articles - this responsibility lies with the authors. Authors are those who must guarantee that their manuscript does not violate any aspect of the copyright of others. Authors must guarantee and declare that their work is original and is written by themselves. Any responsibility related to plagiarism is that of the author and not the platform. Also, the editorial staff of the Albanica platform is not responsible for spelling or logical errors in published articles, except in cases where the Albanica platform is contracted to edit and/or correct the given material.

After the publication of articles on the platform, if the contracted institution for the publication of the magazine finds possible human or technical errors caused by us and presents them institutionally, the Albanica editorial staff will make the necessary corrections.

Also, if after publication, decisions of official publishing entities or institutions are presented to the editorial office that the Editorial Board is not obliged to consider decisions of other institutions, except for those contracted and responsible for publishing magazines.

For presented magazines, the editorial staff of Albanica has an obligation to publish its content and articles within the period specified in the contract.
