Article Format

For the standards of publishing articles or journals, the "Albanica" platform follows the model of similar international platforms. Articles must be institutionally sent to the email address: redaksia@albanica.al.
The article should contain the following elements and adhere to the recommended structure and format:

Journal name, issue, and year of publication.
The institution or agency that publishes the journal.
Title of the writing.
Name, surname, and academic titles of the author.
Journal section where the article will be placed.
Abstract: The article must be accompanied by an abstract (maximum 1000 characters, including spaces).
Keywords: After the abstract, at least five keywords should be included.
Chapters and paragraphs: The author can organize and divide the article into chapters and paragraphs.
Format: The document format should be .doc, .docx, or .rtf.
Font styles: normal, italics, and bold. The use of capital letters, underlining, as well as special symbols and characters should be discussed in the editorial board of the journals.
Article text: 12-point Times New Roman, line spacing 1.15, justified text.
Title of the article: 16-point Times New Roman, justified text.
Author's name: 14-point Times New Roman, bold, alignment: center, subtitle: 12-points Times New Roman, bold, alignment: left. Double line spacing from above, 1 line spacing from below.
Footnotes: 10-points Times New Roman, alignment: left. Single line spacing from above, progressive Arabic numbering.
Citation marks: « » for titles of journals and books. “ ” for citations of phrases or data.
Citation interruptions: use […]
Abbreviations:
Ibid. (the same work + the same page).
Ivi, pp. 00-00 (the same work + different pages).
nt./ntt. (footnote/footnotes); n./nn. (number/numbers); e.g. (for example).
Punctuation: There should be no space before punctuation marks:
. (period), (comma), : (colon), ; (semicolon), ! (exclamation mark), ? (question mark), ” (quotation marks).

BIBLIOGRAPHIC RULES Bibliographic references must always be at the end of the writing.
All bibliographic references must have corresponding references in the text, otherwise they should be removed from the bibliography.
All sources should be noted, such as books, articles, texts, archival documents, internet pages, etc.

For books:
Surname, Author's Name (publication year): Title and subtitle of the book. Publisher. Place. 1st, 2nd edition if any.
For articles in journals/scientific publications: Surname, Author's Name (publication year): Title of the article. Published in: Journal or Publication name. Publisher. Page number/pages.
For articles in newspapers/magazines:
Surname, Author's Name: Title (and subtitle of the article if any). Published in: Newspaper/magazine name. Publication year, page number/pages.
Internet sources:
Surname, Author's Name: /organization. Title and subtitle. Retrieval time. URL address.
