Abstrakti

Qëllimi i këtij hulumtimi është eksplorimi i qasjeve metodike të mësimdhënësve që ndihmojnë zhvillimin e shkathtësive të buta (komunikimit dhe mendimi kritik) të nxënësve nga mësimdhënësi gjatë shtjellimit të përmbajtjeve mësimore. Mësimdhënësit e vëzhguar kanë përfunduar trajnimin për zhvillimin e shkathtësive të buta të nxënësve. Nëpërmjet vëzhgimit të mësimdhënies, analizës së materialeve mësimore-didaktike, janë hetuar praktikat, pyetjet, sfidat dhe mundësitë e zhvillimit të shkathtësive të nxënësve. Qasja cilësore hulumtuese është zbatuar për mbledhjen e të dhënave. Të dhënat janë mbledhur me anë të vëzhgimit, si dhe materialeve nga përgatitjet e orës mësimore. Analiza e të dhënave cilësore bazohet në metodologjinë e Creswell (2007) dhe Richardson (2009). Rëndësia e hulumtimit është praktike dhe teorike. Rezultatet e hulumtimit ofrojnë rekomandime dhe sugjerime për rolin domethënës të mësimdhënësit në zhvillimin e shkathtësive bazë të nxënësve, por edhe do të orientojë kahet për mundësinë e ndërtimit të një teorie në hulumtimet e ardhshme të kësaj natyre. Mostrën hulumtuese e përbëjnë njëzet mësimdhënës/e, ndërsa përzgjedhja ishte e qëllimshme. Rezultatet kërkimore dëshmojnë se trajnimi i mësimdhënësve për zhvillimin e shkathtësive të buta të nxënësve nuk ka dhënë rezultate domethënëse.
