Kirurgjia e implanteve dentare e drejtuar virtualisht: Një përmbledhje e literaturës
Abstrakti
Në ditët e sotme, kirurgjia e drejtuar luan një rol të rëndësishëm në parashikimin e këndit dhe gjatësisë së implantit dentar. Qëllimi kryesor me këtë teknikë kirurgjikale është të ndihmojë mjekun për të ruajtur strukturat anatomike. Me përparimet e reja virtuale, kjo teknikë u mundëson mjekëve të kryejnë një procedurë estetike në çast dhe shumë më pak invazive. Në këtë studim, një kërkim online u bë në bazën e të dhënave PubMed/Medline. Kjo u krye për të shqyrtuar artikujt e ndryshëm të botuar mbi kirurgjinë e drejtuar të implanteve dentare deri në vitin 2023. Ka dy teknika kirurgjikale që janë përmendur në studime të ndryshme: sistemi statik i drejtuar nga kompjuteri dhe sistemi dinamik i navigimit për vendosjen e implantit. Të dyja teknikat kanë treguar besueshmëri në shumë artikuj të shqyrtuar. Për më tepër, ndërhyrja është shumë më e shkurtër në kohë, më pak invazive dhe gjurmimi shumë më i thjeshtë.
