Prevalenca e ezaurimit profesional tek personeli infermieror
Abstrakti
Sindroma e ezaurimit profesional është një çrregullim kronik adaptiv që prek personelin infemieror dhe karakterizohet nga tre forma të shqetësimit psikologjik: rraskapitje emocionale, depersonalizimi dhe një ndjenjë e mosplotësimit personal. Sindroma e ezaurimit profesional është përcaktuar nga Maslach dhe kolegët si një gjendje kronike stresi e karakterizuar nga nivele të larta të rraskapitjes emocionale dhe depersonalizimit dhe nivele të ulëta të efikasitetit profesional. Ezaurimi profesional ndikon në shëndetin e personelit infermieror, si dhe në strukturat dhe funksionet e trurit, duke përfshirë funksionin njohës, i cili mund të cojë në performancën e punës dhe cështjet e sigurisë së pacientit. Studimet dhe evidencat kanë treguar se ezaurimi profesional është një problem i vazhdueshëm i punës së personelit infermieror, i cili mund të ketë pasoja në produktivitetin dhe cilësinë e punës.
