Manaxhimi i komplikacioneve te anestezise locale ne kirurgjine orale

Fjala anestezi vjen nga greqishtja “an esthesis” që do të thotë pandjeshmëri , duke theksuar ndry-shimin me termin mjekësor analgjezi. Ndjeshmëria është atribut i sistemit nervor në të gjithë kompo-nentet e tij e vecanerisht i sistemit nervor qëndror. Ky frenim mund të jetë central ose periferik nëse frenimi është në nivelin e sistemit nervor qëndror apo sistemit nervor periferik. Anestetikët lokalë janë barna të ndryshme të cilet japin një bllokadë të rikthyeshme të përcjelljes së impulsit nervor . Për kryerjen e interventeve të ndryshme në regjionin OMF përdoren disa metoda anestetike: anestezia lokale, sedacioni me ruajtje të koshiences, sedacioni pa ruajtje të koshiencës, anestezi e përgjithshme me maskë , anestezi e përgjithshme me intubim dhe kombinim i sedacionit me anestezinë lokale. Pavarësisht vlerësimit të kujdesshëm të pacientit, pre-parimit të saktë të indeve dhe teknikave të injektimit, mund të shfaqen komplikacionet sistemike dhe lokale të shkaktuara nga anestezia lokale. Theksi vendoset tek prevenimi, njohja dhe trajtimi i kom-plikacioneve. Shumica e trajtimeve dentare nuk shoqërohen me diskomfort të dukshëm postoperativ, por me anestezi të zgjatur të indeve të buta pas trajtimit.Keywords:
