Kah një shtetgrafi e Kosovës? Një diskutim hyrës mbi premisat e një antropologjie të shtetit
Abstract
Në këtë shkrim do të jap një pasqyrë të shkurtër të leximeve politologjike e antropologjike në kontekst të shtetit dhe shtetndërtimit të Kosovës. Eseja është një përpjekje për të nisur një lexim më të thukët e një kërkim më të gjerë të tipit të “etnografisë së shtetit” apo “shtetgrafisë” që ndërlidh në objekt studimi strukturat, funksionin, praktikat, imazhet dhe diskursin e përgjithshëm, bashkë me arkitekturën e institucioneve shtetërore dhe efektin e shtetit si akt e proces në landskepin shoqëror e kulturor. Eseja shtron edhe pyetje-provë si kërshëri e filozofisë antropologjike: si mund të duket një argument antropologjik për një “Kosova - çka qenë, ç’është e ç’do të bëhet”, gjithnjë i shtruar përmes një vrojtimi të ngeshëm etnografik/antropologjik të realitetit historik, politik e kulturor të Kosovës si botëkuptim e botëndërtim, si shtet e shtetndërtim, pa jehonën romantike e pragmatike të Sami Frashërit? Eseja është një përpjekje modeste për të theksuar nevojën e diskutimit të premisave të një antropologjie të shtetit e shtetndërtimit të Kosovës, duke parë përthyerjet mes shtetit si arkitekturë respublicae dhe shtetit si efekt, raport e negociatë me shoqërinë.Keywords:
