Abstract

Qëllimi i këtij studimi është të paraqesë një metodë analitike për përcaktimin e konservuesëve ushqimorë dhe farmaceutikë me anë të teknikës HLC/DAD. U ndërtua një metodë analitike që benzoati i natriumit, acidi sorbik, acidi askorbik dhe metil-paraben të përcaktoheshin në mënyrë të njëkohshme. Këta konservues kanë një përdorim mjaft të gjerë si në produkte ushqimore të konservuara, dhe në mjaft medikamente farmaceutike në formë shurupi dhe kremi (1; 2; 3; 4).
