Kujdesi farmaceutik: Roli i farmacistit në farmacitë e rrjetit të hapur në këshillimin shëndetësor të pacientit
Abstrakti
Sipas Federatës Ndërkombëtare Farmaceutike (FIP) − “Misioni i praktikës së farmacisë është të ofrojë barna, produkte dhe shërbime të tjera të kujdesit shëndetësor dhe të ndihmojë njerëzit dhe shoqërinë që t’i përdorë sa më mirë ato”. Kujdesi farmaceutik është një filozofi praktike e përgjithshme tek e cila duhet të aspirojnë të gjithë farmacistët. Duke pasur parasysh fazat e veçanta të zhvillimit të ofrimit të kujdesit shëndetësor dhe të shërbimeve farmaceutike në vende të veçanta, farmacistët duhet të përdorin kujdesin e tyre profesional në përcaktimin e përparësive për arritjen e këtyre objektivave.Fjalët kyçe:
