Psikologjia e faktorëve njerëzorë: Qasje inovative psikologjike

Kjo trajtesë synon të rivendosë një pikëvështrim të ri mbi disiplinën e Psikologjisë së Faktorëve Njerëzorë dhe një panoramë të përgjithshme mbi fushat e aplikimit të saj në lidhje me terapinë okupacionale (OT), terapinë e punës (ergoterapinë) dhe rehabilitimin. Së pari, do të përshkruajmë marrëdhënien ndërmjet psikologjisë dhe faktorit njerëzor në dy fusha të aplikimi: a) analiza e vendin e punës, b) analiza e mjedisit, dizajni i produktit dhe marrëdhënies dhe ridizajni. Së dyti, do të parashtrohen disa parime të zhvillimit të faktorëve njerëzore në modele të integruara të analizës. Metoda e administruar në këtë trajtesë është e metodologjisë empirike, krahasimore dhe metanalitike. Janë shqyrtuar një sërë studimesh dhe referencash të literaturës të lidhura me këtë dukuri. Gjetjet e shqyrtuara janë ravijëzuar edhe në aspekte të implementimit të kësaj disipline në kontekst. Në përfundim të këtij artikulli, janë artikuluar piketa të fundme mbi aplikimet e këtij modele në fusha të tjera të rëndësishme të psikologjisë.Keywords:
