Abstract

Qëllimi i studimit është të shqyrtojë marrëdhënien e inteligjencës emocionale me arritjet akademike. Në vitet e fundit janë realizuar shumë kërkime mbi inteligjencën emocionale. Është zbuluar se inteligjenca emocionale ka një ndikim të rëndësishëm në jetën e njeriut.
