Korelacioni mes çregullimeve të humorit dhe tentativave vetëdëmtuese e suicidale, për peridhën 2010-2012 në QSUT, shërbimi i psikiatrisë

Persona të cilët kanë tentuar të vetëdëmtohen ose të kryejnë tentativa suicidale, referojnë praninë e simptomatikës së çrregullimeve të humorit dhe të problemeve të shumta sociale, si faktorë precipitues për mendime e veprime suicidale. Vetëm disa nga personat që kryejnë suicid nuk japin fare sinjale paralajmërimi. Ka disa persona që i fshehin shqetësimet dhe planet e tyre për suicid, por ka shumë të tjerë që i shprehin ato vazhdimisht, edhe pse në shumicën e rasteve nuk merren seriozisht nga njerëzit e afërt, miqtë, apo personat me të cilët punojnë e jetojnë. Disa persona veprojnë në mënyrë impulsive, duke shfrytëzuar momente të veçanta që favorizojnë dëshirën e tyre për suicid. Rreth 20% e njerëzve që bëjnë suicid, kanë bërë një përpjekjesh për vetëvrasje paraprake. Ideacionet dhe mendimet e përsëritura suicidale, janë një nga kriteret diagnostike sipas DSM IV të çrregullimit depresiv madhor. Ndërsa DSM V e konsideron si një çrregullim të veçantë.Keywords:
