Në dekadat e fundit zhvillimet e shpejta të shkencave biomjekësore kanë sjellë zbulimin dhe përdorimin terapeutik të shumë barnave për mjekimin e patologjive të ndryshme. Por krahas zbulimeve befasuese të shkencave mjekësore, ka dalë në pah një problem shqetësues: një numër i madh pacientësh nuk e ndjekin regjimin e përshkruar terapeutik në mënyrë korrekte.Keywords:
