Sot, në shek XXI, një numër gjithmonë e më i madh fëmijësh e të rinjsh po përballen me çrregullime, problematika e sfida në të nxënë, të natyrës psiko-emocionale, të sjelljes sociale etj. Sot po rritet jo vetëm numri i nxënësve me vështirësi, por edhe ashpërsia dhe kompleksiteti i vetë vështirësive. Për të përballuar me sukses këto vështirësi, ka lindur nevoja imediate për ripërcaktimin e rolit të mësuesit si lider në shkollë qoftë në aspektin e mësimdhënies, qoftë në trajtën e reformimit të roleve dhe shërbimeve që ofron çdo ditë te nxënësit, prindërit dhe komuniteti i gjerë. Në fokusin e këtij artikulli qëndron parashtrimi i një panorame sa më të gjerë dhe mbështetëse për liderin mësues dhe aftësimin e tij psikologjik e social karshi ndryshimeve cilësore dhe kërkesave gjithnjë e më në rritje të edukimit me bazë aftësimin si parakusht domethënës i integrimit në BE.Keywords:
