Qëllimi i këtij studimi është të paraqesë një metodë analitike për përcaktimin e komponimeve organike që gjenden te mostrat e verës së kuqe në tregun shqiptar. Këto mostra janë marrë nga prodhues tradicionalë dhe industrialë. Prodhimi i verës është mjaft i hershëm në vendin tonë. Vera është një nga produktet ushqimore më të përdorshme në tryezat tona edhe për shkak të efekteve pozitive që ajo sjell në shëndetin e njeriut (1; 2; 3).Keywords:
