Expertise as evidence and the provision of proof in civil process

Alongside the judicial review of confl ict arises in determining the expert. Experts are people who have the skills to become judicial authorities for writing an exact fact situation with all the details necessary technical, or for these bodies were informed judgment of art, science or technique over the consequences that derive from a certain state of things. These experts are called expertise action. So expert is the way by which the court considers the special knowledge of science, technique and art, under investigation of the circumstances of a judicial confl ict. The expertise are diverse as are branches of science, art and technique, often from all the case law are used several types of expertise such as expertise medical, expertise psychiatric expertise chemical, expertise technical expertise documents, expert analysis and fi nancial expertise economic, etc. In addition to the above experiments are carried out literary or artistic expertise, the court considers a lawsuit to target for copyright in a literary production, artistic or musical.Keywords:
