Abstract

Formimi i përgjithshëm i njeriut fillon që në bankat e para të shkollës dhe vazhdon gjatë gjithë periudhës së studimeve. Evidentohet se vitet e studimit të shkollës së lartë janë nën ndikimin e faktorëve të ndryshëm që aktivizojnë sjelljet mashtruese. Ndër këta faktorë përmendim presionin shoqëror për sukses, perceptimin që të gjithë mashtrojnë, sfondi social, familjar etj. Sfidat e edukimit në vitet e fundit përqendrohen kryesisht në luftimin dhe uljen e pandershmërisë akademike si fenomen shqetësues për arsimin dhe rininë studentore; si problematikë që ndikon të ardhmen e profesionistëve të rinj, dhe si pasojë, edhe në ardhmërinë e funksionimit efikas të shërbimeve publike.
