The administrative ethics

Abstract

This article discusses a very important topic for our crisiologycal time in the beginning of the third millennium, ethics and morality, as relevant segment as for society in general and for public service. The paper focuses on administrative ethics, the ethical discourse of servants who are required to act through public positions on behalf of the public interest. It addresses key issues related to administrative ethics, as ethics, morality, ethics and the relationship between administration, public administration and public offi cials. In this paper was used a relevant literature of Ethics and Administration (state and public), by which understood what is ethics, administration, employees and correlation of these three terms in one, implying the importance of Administrative Ethics, a fi eld not much treated in the Southeast Europe
