From different years the perio-implatologie science has developed, giving another dimension in oral surgery. For better results in perio-implantologie is important to manage the soft tissue cicatrization elements. Blood platelets results to help in a combining stimulation of soft tissue cells and hard tissue ones. In this study we will demonstrate clinical cases that we have used A-Prf and I-Prf on tissue regeneration for a better dental aesthetic and functionality. Keywords:
