Vital therapy in pulpally involved primary teeth: Clinical considerations

Early involvement of the pulp as a result of dental caries is a very common situation in clinical practice of pediatric dentistry. This comes because of a series of structural and morphologicalcharacteristics of the temporary teeth. In many cases the final diagnosis is determined during the work, changing the initial treatment plan. The aim of this study is to highlight aspects regarding vital clinical pathologies and vital therapies that are frequently used in children that visit the University Clinic of the Albanian University.Keywords:
