Qëllimi i këtij studimi është të paraqesë një metodë analitike për përcaktimin e kafeinës në mostrat e çajit të malit, kafesë dhe disa pijeve jo-alkoolike me përmbajtje kafeine. Përcaktimi i kafeinës në mostrat e çajit, kafesë dhe pijeve jo-alkoolike është një analizë e rëndësishme për shkak të përdorimeve masive të këtyre produkteve (1; 2; 3).Parole chiave:
