Abstract

Implantet e lokalizuar në suturёn mediave palatinale te një fëmijë nё moshën e para pubertetit, mund të zhvendosen në distancë të konsiderueshme, nga rritja transversale; ky element mund të krijojë probleme estetike dhe funksionale. Implantet e fiksuar me proteza fikse pengojnë rritjen të tërthortë. Ndryshe ndodh në nofullën e poshtme ku nuk ka sutura të rritjes dhe implantet e vendosur në vijën mediane kanë prognozë më të mirë te pacientët e rinj, nё krahasim me implantet e vendosur në rajone të tjera mandibulare dhe maksilare.
