Dilemat e sigurisë për mosshtimin e armëve strategjike në Lindjen e Mesme
Abstract
Rajoni i Lindjes së Mesme ka qenë vazhdimisht një terren lufte për fuqitë e Perëndimit dhe të Lindjes gjatë kohës së Luftës së Ftohtë dhe për pasojë, ajo ka qenë një arenë e hapur, ku të dy fuqitë e mëdha kishin përfaqësuesit e vet që ndesheshin midis tyre.
SHBA, udhëhiqte dhe mbështeste bllokun e vet të përfaqësuar nga Izraeli, kundër bllokut Rus, i cili në atë kohë përfaqësohej nga Egjipti dhe Siria.
Luftërat kryesore në atë kohë zhvilloheshin midis Arabisë dhe Izraelit dhe në stadet e mëvonshme lufta midis Iran–Irak.
Pas Luftës së Ftohtë, Lindja e Mesme, njëlloj si një pjesë tjetër e botës, pësoi ndryshime dramatike me riorganizimin e aleancave.
Megjithatë rajoni mbeti si i mjegullt dhe madje me rrisqe të mëdha të sigurisë, si rezultat i shtimit të armëve strategjike në këtë rajon.
Në erën e re, SHBA u shfaq si një diell dhe superfuqi botërore, ndërsa Rusia dhe vendet Perëndimore vazhduan të kenë një influencë të konsiderueshme në rajon dhe vazhdimisht kjo influencë kishte prirje të ishte në rritje dhe si rezultat i kthimit të luftës së SHBA-së në Afganistan dhe në Irak.
Me anë të këtij materiali do të tregojmë se si politikat e dy superfuqive, Rusisë dhe Perëndimit të udhëhequra nga SHBA, kanë kontribuar në shtimin e shpejtë, për mosstabilitet të qëndrueshëm dhe si rezultat në mos-ndalimin dhe shpërhapjen e Armëve Shpërthyese e Shkatërruese (ASHSH) në masë dhe për konsolidimin e stabilitetit në rajon.
