Once again for the albanian language

Abstract

The problem of seriously assessing the language is not a new or an old one, because all the strata of the population in each country is concerned and worried about the national language specifically for maintaining, developing and enriching it. It is natural that this concern is present among our linguists, professors of this subject, teachers who teach this subject with passion, the writers who enrich it and a part of the media. The Albanian language does not belong only to them. It is the wealth of the entire nation and each man, who calls himself Albanian, has the moral and patriotic obligation to care for it, to think of it time after time, and whenever it is possible, to help its development in all forms and costs, to the benefit of the Fatherland. Language has the ability to take life and materialize in humans communication: both in oral and written forms. Here come into light those excessive shortcomings, kinds of bypassing and unjustified outrage made to it. Let's start from the highest levels, where parliament members stand, without counting the long string of people in powerful positions. It is not rare that ministers and their deputy ministers, and some parliament members use plain, clear and rich in vocabulary language that gives pleasure while listening to them. In this case, the people who elected them feel good, understand what is said and appreciate their work and dedication to the fulfillment of promises. On the other hand, there have been not a few years that Unelaborated language and poor vocabulary while speaking Albania has made us wonder. This happens also for the reason that what foreign words are used excessively. If one pays attention, it seems like there's a silent competition: each or everyone strives to use more and more such words. This is not to remove (clean) the foreign words so that everything sounds Albanian. Tens of statements have been made and no little has been written about this current concern, which, should be first felt by those elected by people, who, in my opinion, have not only a moral obligation, or those who try to make the role of the analysts, and part of conscious journalists of the electronic media, especially those of the written media (press).
