Abstract

The school, family, and society continue to psychologically damage children's formation and guide teenagers on the wrong path to face difficult situations in life, with their actions and inactions, behaviors and the way of communication, with the lack of positive models to refer to and imitate, with the underestimation to the true extent of the skills and opportunities that children have to solve the problems of growth on their own. The fate of the adolescent child or not, his future and outlook on life are, to a considerable extent, in the hands of the school, teachers, and parents. Among these links, the school and its prominent figure, the teacher, plays and should play a fruitful role. They should value their work first as a mission and then as a profession. Of course, the school has many problems, especially those related to their sociological and psychological formation, which needs to be at the expectations level. Such teachers cannot overcome many social and psychological problems that the school faces today. The future of teenagers raised in such environments is at risk. It depends on the work model, school behavior, family, and a more cultured and emancipated society. It should be the focus of their work and all other institutions.
