Abstract

Serviles are the most boring and disgusting group of the society. Without generalizing a servile according to prophet Mohamed: “..is the worst human being, since he/she uses the entire live to do evil”. (Imam Vehbi Ismaili, “Mohammed, Islam prophet.” Prishtina 1985, pg 100 – 1001).
What makes them different from honest people, educated and qualified haed working, is the fact that they in most cases appear as such in front of the opinion. This because when exposed they feel much more proud in front of the others. This of course on the negative sense of the word “proud”. Serviles have deep sparkling eyes, much vitality and dynamism deep inside motivated to do evil. They have no sense of behaviour regarding self evaluation and self attention seeking. Their bosses behavior is the subject of imitation and communication and it might happen sometimes to dare and speak on his/her behalf thus promising the others problem solving regardless whether their boss have the ability to do such things. Even Joseph of Cvajk personiphyes a low human being, morally deformed and full of intrigues. A human being transformed entirely based on londitions and circumstances suitable to him in general and particurlarly his carriere. He is unseen cynik, someone who has lost his feelings including those of his parents. You can say anything about this character and nothing has been added except you have enriched his character with truly despiteful. He appears according to the situations suitable for him: radical, cameleon, servile, special, deserted, manipulative, someone whom you can do business with, traitor of his friends and his ideals. At the war of radicals (between Danton and Robertspiere, between Heber and Dummelen) “... again you have to keep sides, but Fushe doesn’t like to do that unless the positions are clear and it has by doing so become profitable. He knows that the wisdom of a diplomat consists on the knowledge of being as possible as far away from some events at the right time and right place. So he decides to abandon conventional political arena as far as the war goes on in order to return when the conflict has seezed. When he returns, the was issue has been solved and he can easily can associate himself with the winner, with his party for life and his majority” (Stefan Cvajg, Zhoze Fushe, T 1992, pg. 29 – 30)
This is the character of changing skin as many times as the interest is concern. So in front of the interest glory and profit of Fushe and this kind will never stop, but keep intriguing stabbings on the back, and doing dirty jobs. Servilizm and its followers are notorious. Honest and high moral people feel sorry for them. They chase all day politicians and people actually holding power trying in vain to over evaluate them. Values that perhaps directors and chairmans don’t deserve. Even the servile himself knows it since he stays away from him/her as soon as he 'she had been demoted or transferred somewhere else.
Serviles are god sniffers of the situations, because their minds are concentrated on profiting only, without headache or worries. Most of the time they have no merits whatsoever professional or social. Serviles are not only useless and sneaky but, also conformists since they intend to have a good relationship with everybody. Obviously with those who have something in their hands as far as their psychology is concerned, they become word and gossip conveyers and in order to win the bosses trust they follow the principle of “rule and divide”. For their own meskine interests and because they are useless services seek to get on well with all the groups of people since the situations can change. They are pro everybody and against everybody. They don’t want headaches and want to know everything said inside institutions, they convey empty words, often deforming them resulting in negative consequences for particular working groups of people. Because those and so many other reasons, serviles are dangerous for the society as a whole and for individuals in particular. They are your friend only when you are on power and have something on your hands. Once you fall off the chair ungratefulness appears and lean to the other side of those gaining power.
On such conditions they must be identified and later on ignored shouldn’t listen to them nor encouraged them. Further more their views and opinions shouldn't be taken into a consideration. If we behave and act differently intellectual and politician alike whoever you may be, you’ll lose value so that keep as far away as possible from serviles.
