Globalization and the Coronavirus pandemic

Abstract

The term "globalism" has been used since the 1960s, but took on great proportions after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Initially, the term was used to express a "new vision of the world" and for all people to be considered as a whole.
Globalization made it possible for the countries of the planet to open the doors for cooperation between them, mainly in economic, political, scientific and cultural terms, a fact that has given fruit.
One issue discussed in relation to globalization is:
Should this process be supported, so, should we be for or against globalization?
In the absolute majority, humanity is in favor of globalization, for the sake of the values it has given across the globe. But in addition to the values, it also brought consequences, such as the global spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result of the opening of state borders, the pandemic spread from China to all countries of the world on a large scale.
Only in North Korea this phenomenon had no serious consequences and the reason is understood. This state is isolated and, in this respect, the closure turned out to be positive. Many contradictory statements have been made about the pandemic and these have perverted humanity, causing controversy, casting suspicions and accusations of states against each other.
